We want you to love your book—but we understand things happen! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return policy works:

Eligible Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• The book must be unused and in resalable condition.

• If the book arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund—including shipping.

 Ineligible Returns:

• We do not accept returns for books that are used, written in, or returned after 14 days.

• Digital downloads (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund Details:

• For non-damaged returns, we will refund the purchase price of $15, minus the cost of shipping.

• The average shipping cost deducted is:

  • $4.50 for U.S. orders

  • $9.50 for international orders

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Return:

1. Email us at lene@laudtcreative.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
