We want you to love your book—but we understand things happen! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return policy works:

Eligible Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• The book must be unused and in resalable condition.

• If the book arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund—including shipping.

Ineligible Returns:

• We do not accept returns for books that are used, written in, or returned after 14 days.

• Digital downloads (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund Details:

• For non-damaged returns, we will refund the purchase price of $15, minus the cost of shipping.

• The average shipping cost deducted is:

  • $4.50 for U.S. orders

  • $9.50 for international orders

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Return:

• Email us at lene@laudtcreative.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
